Wow, that is stunning! What is the name of the paint you used?

@Tara- I used Behr's Corn Husk green. Cool huh?

It's gorgeous, I'm going to be painting a curvaceous desk and I was looking for something modern and fun. This color also fits in with my color scheme. I love the effect on the edges, what did you do to achieve it? Thanks so much!

The sides were sanded a bit then touched up with dark walnut stain. That's to make the edges really pop. Then I added more of the dark walnut to a wider surface and wiped away just to give it that hint of shading :)

Thank you so much for your help, I'm writing this down so hopefully I can execute your method properly! You have such an eye for detail, I can't wait to get through everything in your blog. Thanks for the inspiration!

love love love it!
I SO wish I had an area where I could buy and transform treasures - but I don't :(

There's nothing I like more than looking at furniture at thrift stores, and seeing (as you do), what could be, rather than what is.

Love your blog!
