Frame Transormation

This was a quick little project and fun to make! I found this frame at a thrift store for $1.50. I painted it white to go on Brianna's Dark Blue wall.

I had some scrap foam core that I covered in material I had left over from her bench:

And here's the end result! A stylish new tack board that matches her decor!

Today I passed by my sun room filled with furniture, paint cans, and leaves. It's been neglected the past few days since my Grandpa's been in the hospital. I thought about the projects on my "To Do" list and how I just can't get the umph to tackle them right now. But don't give up on me though! I'll get there. I realize visits to and from the hospital will take time out of my already filled days, however sometimes keeping my sanity is shopping at the local thrift store, garage sales, or people's front lawn's and splashing some bright paint on the little treasures that I find there.
Just to let you know I have some projects in mind that will be fun, brightly colored, and even better...for sale. I would like to get an etsy account and start there and also in March, there will be another flea market at "Junkadoodle" that I'd very much like to attend. Yet again, more things to add to my "To Do" list.

Some of my projects you can look forward to seeing include: Peg Boards, Memo boards/cork boards, small side tables, bookshelves, etc. I'm feeling better already just thinking about it.

Thanks again for not giving up on me and look for more posts really soon! (Promise)
