Angie's TV Stand

This was a really cool project to do. I bought this TV stand at a garage sale the other day and showed some friends of mine since it was a really good solid piece(very heavy!).
A friend (and co-worker)Angie, found a use for it at her new home so I custom painted it to fit her and her boyfriend's style.
She asked for it to be black and distressed, but no crackle finish! Her boyfriend likes red so I added some red touches to show through the distressed areas. This is the final result. She hasn't even seen it yet so I'm crossing my fingers that it is what she wants!

Wow! What's not to love! I got something similar to this on the side of the road, painted it heirloom white, and now it holds our big tv. LOVE IT!!

It's ALL mine :o) and I LOVE IT!! Rita, you did such a great job on this piece. The desressing looks really good. The whole thing works so well in our apartment. The vintage look, the extra storage (lots of storage), everything is just perfect. Thank you so much! Can't wait to see what you come up with next!
